Welcome
Hi, welcome to our website!
A word from Pastor Steve Merritt
I believe the Web is a vital tool in sharing our
passion for the Gospel and compassion for
people. Visit often to learn how God is working at
The Baptist Chapel and through our missionaries
around the world. I invite you to explore our
worship times, location, and ministries and then
join us soon to engage in face-to-face fellowship
and discipleship. As you do, I pray God will reveal
your next steps in going deeper with Him.

A caring church for a coming King!
Our mission is to be “A caring church for a coming
King.” No other phrase could better express the
heart of those who are a part of The Baptist
Chapel. I count it an amazing opportunity and
privilege to lead and work with a group of people
who have a sincere love for the Lord and desire to
serve others. That’s what we are about.
Our passion is to help you in your walk with Jesus
Christ no matter where you are in your spiritual
journey. We believe that every person needs three
homes: Your Earthly Home where each one is
nurtured in love and family, A Heavenly Home
where you spend your eternity by having a
personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and A
Church Home where every person feels the love
and warmth of Christ, and where each one can
find friendship and encouragement. Our faith
grows and matures most effectively in
relationship with other believers.
Our desire is to let you know that you are always
welcome at The Baptist Chapel and that you have
an open invitation to worship with us at any time.
Our utmost desire is to help those who enter our
doors find the Love of Christ and His Purpose for
their lives. We encourage you to come visit us and
see for yourself. There is a place for everyone at
The Baptist Chapel!
